Surveyors "highly recommend" this "sprawling convention hotel" whose facilities include a "pretty lobby", "excellent golf" and a "spacious beach"; even though surveyors snap that the food "needs improvement" and the stafffers "sometimes have no idea what they're doing", the managers are good about "fixing mistakes", while the "peaceful" vibe and "beautifully appointed" rooms with "large soaking tubs" are fully restorative.

Hotel sponsored activities for Children.
Ocean View left a lot to be desired.
While overall, the hotel and amenities were very good, our Ocean View room, while it did have an ocean views (if you stood at the window and looked to the left), and it primarily had an excellent view of the roof of another part of the hotel. Complete with a baby diaper and some other trash that previous guests obviously seemed fit to share with future guests. Needless to say, we changed rooms to a non-ocean view room (no big loss anyway), and saved some money. ...read more

Beautiful- views, pools, beach. Loved it!
Holiday weekend- lots of people and children. Nothing wrong with hotel though.
Wonderful stay- hotel is beautiful with wonderful beach, pools, public areas. Good location- near everything, but far enough away to be quiet. Oceanfront rooms are nice, clean with small balcony. Employees are very helpful and pleasant. ...read more

Clean, professional, comfortable.
Can't think of anything I didn't like.
Hotel stay was fine. However, I had to check out earlier than I had expected. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again, but only when the hotel to keeps my schedule flexible.
